These terms apply when you use the PlayReplay app and this website. Please read them before you create an account or buy a replay: by using PlayReplay, you agree to them. If anything is unclear, contact us.
1. Who we are
PlayReplay is based in Egypt. You can reach us by email at office@playreplay.app or by phone and WhatsApp at +20 115 199 4181.
2. What PlayReplay is
Venues with a PlayReplay camera have the matches on their pitch filmed automatically. In the app you can browse pitches, watch a free preview of each recording, buy the full replay of a time slot, download it and cut clips of 3 to 60 seconds.
3. Your account
One account is for one person. Keep your sign-in details safe. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile > Delete account. Our privacy notice explains what information we keep and why.
4. Buying a replay
The price is shown before you pay. On iPhone and iPad you pay through Apple's App Store with your Apple ID, and Apple's purchase terms also apply; on other devices you pay by card or mobile wallet, processed by Paymob.
A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to watch and download that recording and to share clips of it, for personal, non-commercial use. It is not a sale of the video or its copyright.
Replays are usually ready within an hour after purchase.
5. Refunds
If a recording you bought is withdrawn (for example because of a camera failure or empty footage) or cannot be delivered, we refund it.
Otherwise, purchases are final once the replay has been delivered, except where the law gives you more rights.

6. Recordings and other people
Matches are filmed at the venue, and venues inform players with signs at the pitch.
You must not use recordings to harass or embarrass anyone, or to identify people against their will.
Anyone who was filmed can ask us to remove or blur a recording by emailing office@playreplay.app.
7. Clips and sharing
You may share clips on social media for personal use. You are responsible for what you share.
Clips carry the PlayReplay branding. You must not edit a clip to remove the branding for commercial use.
8. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the app or the website, do not resell replays, and do not try to break or reverse-engineer the service.
9. Availability
The service and recordings may sometimes be unavailable, for example because of a problem with the camera, the internet or the power at the venue. We do our best, but we do not guarantee that every match is recorded.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the recording concerned.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
